Introduction of Naica® dPCR Mixes:
Stilla Technologies is launching a new line of reagent this year--naica® dPCR Mixes, specifically for digital PCR analysis. PCR premixes for both fluorescent probe (TaqMan®) detection and chimeric dye (EvaGreen®) detection have been developed to improve the efficiency and sensitivity of the detection. These ready-to-use premixes are the perfect partner for the Naica™ Crystal Microdrop Digital PCR System and include naica® PCR Mix and naica® multiplex PCR Mix, which are available in 5x and 10x concentrations, allowing for a significant increase in assay sensitivity while ensuring reaction flexibility.

★ naica® multiplex PCR MIX
naica® multiplex PCR MIX is a ready-to-use two-component solution (Buffer A and Buffer B) specially formulated for optimal TaqMan® fluorescent probe-based Crystal Digital PCR™ and high multiplexing capacity. The core component of this product is an efficient hot-start DNA polymerase, which requires only 3 minutes of activation time at 95°C, The MIX only needs to add template, primer probe and water when using, and the dynamic range of the mix multiple reaction is comparable to that of the single reaction. The 10X concentration liberates a reaction volume that can instead be utilized by additional sample input, probes or primers, increasing multiplexing capacity and providing superior detection sensitivity for low concentration samples and rare targets.
